        It publishes an eclectic mix of personal essays, fiction, interviews, poetry and photos.

        Carus Publishing provides submission guidelines for illustrators and writers for all their children’s magazines (under The Cobblestone Publishing Group and The Cricket Magazine Group), at the address above.  The Cricket Magazine Group also publishes nonfiction magazines for children: Click, Ask and Muse, for children ages 3-6, 6-9 and 9 and up, respectively.

        Payment varies for feature articles, to fillers, games, puzzles, stories and poetry, from 20-25 cents/word, up to $100 for artwork and stories. “All Rights,” are generally purchased, which means that the writer may lose rights to reprint.
